On Saturday 10 May 2014, Peach Tree will be honouring mothers for Mother’s Day at their annual fundraiser, The Peach Tree Coastal Trek.
The trek is a 22km one-day walk along the beautiful coastal stretch between Golden Beach and Currimundi Lake.
This event is Peach Tree’s major fundraiser of the year and enables the maintenance and growth of perinatal mental health services as well as increasing awareness of the perinatal mental illness.
Funds from this event enable Peach Tree to continue their weekly parent meetings and ante-natal education programs across Brisbane.
Registration to take part closes on Sunday the 27th of April. When you refer three other people to register, your individual registration fee is reduced from $55 to $25.
Peach Tree is a not for profit association, founded and operated by mothers who have personal experience with perinatal mental illness. Peach Tree is passionate about minimising the impact of these illnesses through understanding, acceptance, education and support.
