This year Anti-Poverty Week will be held during 12 to 18 October 2014.
You can help end poverty and hardship by organising or joining in an activity. The activities can be large or small, and activities at local levels are especially welcome.
- Why not organise a display, stall or award?
- Maybe a workshop, lecture or forum?
- How about a fundraiser, fact sheet or petition?
- A conference, seminar, performance or media event?
Anti-Poverty Week supports QCOSS’ vision of a Queensland free of poverty and disadvantage. QCOSS looks to improve the social and economic wellbeing of all individuals and Anti-Poverty Week is a way to highlight this need for action.
